Letter From the President

After graduation, whenever I look back on my time in college, the memories that will undoubtably start flooding back the quickest are those that I have had the opportunity to make in Tri Delta. It will be immediately apparent that because of Tri Delta, I had the opportunity to make some of the most meaningful and long-lasting friendships of my life, experience tremendous personal growth in leadership, service, and character, and truthfully have the time of my life while doing so.

Some of my favorite Tri Delta memories so far have been screaming chants during recruitment until our voices are gone, dominating intramural basketball games (or sometimes not), having weekly dinners with my big outside overlooking the lake, dancing with my best friends to every genre of music under the sun at functions, setting up big/little gifts with my little dressed in disguises, and so much more.

Prior to all these joy-filled memories, I can still remember the quiet and nervous freshman I once was. I was extremely lost and unsure of the person I wanted to become. Fortunately for me, the women of Gamma Xi are always there for support. They are my role models, shoulders to cry on, motivators, confidants, biggest cheerleaders, and lifelong friends. And because of them, I have had the privilege of transforming into the strong, confident, and kind woman I see before me today.

I am so proud and honored to serve Gamma Xi, a chapter that holds ourselves to high academic standards, intentionally sticks to our shared values, and, most importantly, is kind alike to all. I love this chapter with my whole heart.

Delta Love,
